Values provided a good foundation
When preparing the new strategy, we noticed that the previous year’s work on our values and a corporate culture survey provided a good foundation for the strategy work. We aim for a strong value base and an open and inclusive corporate culture that facilitate collaboration.
In terms of human resources, our strategic ambition is: “Know-how, appreciation, discussion and fun”. We later noted that listening was also important but did not change the wording.
Smooth working is important to us, and we refined our guidance on hybrid working during the year. As a new feature, we allowed temporary remote working within the EU/EEA. We strive to ensure that our culture supports a proper balance of work and leisure.
