Autumn roadshow offered rewarding encounters

After a two-year break, we were able to realise our autumn roadshow, i.e. to meet our customers face to face. We visited 13 locations, starting in Rovaniemi on 29 September 2022 and ending the tour in Helsinki on 8 December 2022. Each event of the autumn roadshow featured four presentations:

  • An update on Hansel’s operations
  • Joint procurement as a procurement tool
  • Sustainability and effectiveness in procurement
  • Procurement development services
“The attendees rated the events as highly successful.”

Continued flu and COVID-19 infections took their toll on attendance, and regrettably, there were numerous cancellations at every event. Of the 280 registered persons, only 195 were able to attend the events. The attendees rated the events as highly successful. The feedback we received was good, with the customers giving the success of the event an overall score of 4.5 (on a scale of 1 to 5). Discussions were lively, and meeting people in person was deemed important after the long break.

The aim of the autumn roadshow was to raise awareness of the benefits of joint procurement, tendering and development services, the effectiveness of procurement and Hansel’s sustainability work, as well as to raise general recognition of Hansel.
